Check on bbb, i found this customer place this order at the first of May, and wrote this nastydress review on 05/25/2016. Now lets analyze it.
Processing time. Don’t forget the processing time. Nastydress stated that the average processing time on Nastydress approximately 4 business days, and if you choose the hot sale style, it can also be affected by the item’s stock status, it’s could be happened to take 5-10 business days to process. So if this customer choose a hot sale items, the processing time may be 10 business days, check on the calendar of may 2016, that meanings 13 days.
Shipping time. from the review we know she is a thrifty person, so she may choose the flat rate shipping method which is free. And bbb.org is major for american, so i assume she is from usa. Check on the information about Nastydress Shipping & Handing, we know that it will take 8-15 business days for shipping time. 15 business days may be 22 days.
Total delivery time. The total time to receive your order is processing plus shipping time. So, if this customer place a order at the first of May, it will take 35 days(13 days + 22 days) to receive her order. In another word, she may received her order on 3/6/2016 which out of 25/5/2016.
3/6/2016 is just an approximate time, it will be longer when the shipping times was affected during public holidays, or manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. All above analyze are all my own opinion.

What did Nastydress do to solve this kind of customer complaints? Many customers misunderstanding “items will be dispatched with 5-10 business days” as delivery time. Nastydress change the word of “dispatched” to “shipped out” to solve it.
The flat rate shipping of Nastydress was china post flat mail before middle 2016. Recently Nastydress make some changes, using priority direct mail to replace china post flat mail. It will reduce several business days for shipping time.
