Nastydress is an online store located in China which provides a wide range of clothes, shoes, wigs, jewelry and so on. Recently, there arise some complaints and negative reviews about Nastydress. I know it’s normal. Because it’s impossible to have a 100% positive reviews for a company. Based on my own experience on Nastydress website, I would like to share my own opinions on the main complaints and some negative reviews.
Is Nastydress a scam?
Like many other customers, I also suspect if this company is legit and am worried to put my card information online, especial a website that is not very renowned website. Then I look around the website in order to get more information about this company. I find they have cooperation with many well-known E-commerce service providers , so I had a try because I do trust the companies they cooperate with.
I’m a long-time online shopper and I used the payment processing service like paypal very often. And finally my shopping experience proves this company is legit and safe instead of a scam. There are some aspects that Nastydress needs to improve in, but all in all, the money I have spent is worthwhile.
Why it takes so long to receive a package?
As I know, Nastydress mainly have 3 shipping methods. Here is the shipping time for each shipping method:
Expedited shipping: 3-7 business days
Standard shipping: 7-10 business days
Flat rate shipping: 10-25 business days
(The above time frames are the estimated shipping time for reference instead of a guarantee).
Please kindly note that the total delivery time includes the processing time and shipping time. That means it may be longer than 10-25 business days to receive a package. I didn’t know that so I really got worried for my first order. To know more exactly when we can expect a package, please take the processing time into consideration. Nastydress states the processing time for each product on the product page. Here is an example:
As for the complaints that some customers do not receive their packages, I guess they are lost on the way since the same situation happened to me. Fortunately, I got a full refund under the instruction of the customer service. Since that order, I pay tracking fee every time so that I can track my package online. And my package never gets lost afterwards.
Do the clothes run small?
As the complaints and reviews about size for other online shopping stores, size is always a problem not just on Nastydress. The sizes of some items are smaller than the US size maybe because they are from China. I chatted with a customer service representative about it. She recommended me to choose the size by comparing the measurements (which they state are accurate) in the size chart with my own measurements. It is too complicated but helpful. She also said that the material and style of each item would also influence the size. For example, if the item is loose-fitting, the measurements of it should be larger than your own measurements.
If you do choose the size according to the above instruction and still get a wrong size, please send you complaints the support center for a solution. I bought a bikini set according to the size chart but it did fit me. I submitted a ticket on this link: http://support.nastydress.com/ . They replied soon and resent me a size larger. That’s awesome. I really like the bikini.
How to resolve your complaints?
Some customers complain that it is hard to contact Nastydress customer service. There are 3 methods to contact them. You can call them, chat with them online or submit your complaints to their support center. I have tried each way, but it seems they do not answer the phone or chat online sometimes. They state that it is becasue of the time difference. Finally I submitted a ticket to their support center which promise a reply within 24 hours. I have to say they really replied me soon and that made me happy. My suggestion is contacting the support center if you have no the luck to get someone answer your call or chat with you online. Nastydress is not a scam.
